My girlfriend had two pregnancy tests done today and the first one tested negative but then the other one showed positive but the second line was faint and her period is in two days does this mean she is pregnant?

In very early pregnancy many times pregnancy test can be faint positive. Wait for 2 days and repeat the test if she doesn't get her periods on due date
