Pregnancy Risk. Any chance of pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, im 22 year old girl. I had sex with my partner using protection safely even he didn't ejaculated due to extra time chemical benzocaine. But before that he was in underpants i also was in panty. We rub little bit over cloths. He also hold her penis but over the underwear may be there was precum, and he first touch my panty and rub her fingers and then try to put inside my panty and rub the clitoris part and little bit try to enter but then stopped. So im scared now, is there any chance of pregnancy? I have 35 days cycle also have bilateral pcod. Also my 1st day of period was on 20september. And we have intercourse on 26 September. Even during sex there was some blood on the condom and even after that day means on 28 even there was some blood. So is there any possibility of pregnancy?? Also i took ipill last months due to this my period come late and still have some blood a drop not more than that. Am i in follicular phase? So is there any chance of pregnancy??
