Risk Assessment for Pregnancy ( Sex)
I am seeking a risk assessment for pregnancy based on two recent encounters (December 1st and 2nd). On the first day, we had brief unprotected penetration before I withdrew to put on a condom; I ejaculated outside of her body later. On the second day, a condom was used for the entire duration, but it slipped off and remained inside the vagina after intercourse while we were cuddling. I removed it manually shortly after. Regarding her menstrual history, her Last Menstrual Period (LMP) began on November 12th. Her cycles typically range from 30–33 days (previous starts: Sept 9th and Oct 9th), making her approximately 32 days into her current cycle. She has a history of irregular periods and is currently taking daily thyroid medication.
