I think mother  Horicks  is good protein,continue 3 tsf twice a day for 6 months at least.

There is no need to have these mixes with milk. They have additional sugar in them which will lead to unnecessary weight gain. Instead you can have plain milk. If you don't like plain milk, then you may add any thing..Horlicks, bournvita, anything is fine. They are only flavouring agents. No nutritional value. Milk intake is important. Other sources of calcium are milk products like curd, paneer.
