Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am 28weeks pregnant with low lying placenta and have 10.4 haemoglobin. My doctor advised to take orofer fcm. Does taking this iron injection lead to constipation of new born child. Why because during my 1st pregnancy also I have taken 2 orofer fcm injections and my 1st child is constipated by birth onwards. She doesn't poop for 10days also. At the age of 13months she got intussuception. I had a doubt that by taking iron injection during pregnancy caused these problems to my child. Plz clarify.
