Hi Its safe you can have it .. 1 bowl of cooked beetroot . Its are a good source of folate , or folic acid.

Hi.. Yes! You can eat beetroot. Also you can have a small cup of beetroot juice too. But make sure u eat in moderate quantities. It is a good source of iron and fibre.
