Fetal pole is visible by 5 weeks and heart beat is seen at 6 weeks in transvaginal ultrasound.
In abdomen ultrasound fetal pole is visible at 6 weeks and fetal heart beat is seen at 7 weeks.

Capsule Susten 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks
Injection hydroxyprogesterone caproate 500 twice a week on Monday and Thursday for 2 weeks
Injection HCG 5000 IU twice a week for two weeks
Repeat ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and and gestational sac after 2 weeks
If the fetal Pole is not there till eight weeks also, it is not a healthy pregnancy. It is a case of missed abortion .you can get one more scan done for the confirmation and then the further management can be done.
Hope that 8wks is by scan and correct gestational age. If it’s so then it’s missed abortion if no heartbeat by 8 weeks.
