Asked for Female, 25 Years

My LMP was 25 August...I m around 34 weeks & 6 days pregnant...from 3 days I m having sharp pain in vagina and side back pain and light sharp pain in whole abdomen...why so?...I have kidney stone is it that pain or something else? I took paracetamol yesterday then the pain became light.
