Asked for Female, 25 Years

My last period was on 30th of july. I always have 28days cycle. This time I missed my periods. And I'm having symptoms like fatigue, nausea, dizziness, frequent urination, food aversions and increase in appetite. I feeling like I'm pregnant and undergone a urine pregnancy test today. It shows 1dark and 1faint line. What does it mean? Am I pregnant? Should check with doctor or should i go for hcg blood test? Please guide me as this is my first pregnancy. Thanks in advance.

As you have just missed your period it may be weekly positive.

Next Steps

Wait for 3-4 days and repeat the test with early morning urine sample. Doing hcg blood test is also an option if you don't want to wait.

Its 4weeks 3days, so Urine pregnancy kit is weakly positive. To confirm S Beta HCG can be done, two sample tests 48 hours apart. Or wait for 3 to 5 days and repeat urine pregnancy kit. After 10days, USG- early pregnancy scan to be done to confirm pregnancy. Meanwhile, relax and continue to take folic acid tablets.
