Vaginal Bleeding which you consider period is actually due to I Pill induced withdrawal bleeding. This will not effect your future fertility

Emergency pills are known to cause iregular vaginal bleeding So the bleeding you notice on 23rd of July was a side effect called withdrawal bleeding Emergency pills have a failure rate they can also delay your periods so yes your cycle can be affected Single emergency pill is not going to affect your fertility potential
