Related to period cycle
My previous cycle was on 10 July
And on 6th day I had intimacy with my partner and took unwanted 72 on next day morning and on 23 July I noticed bleeding and bleeding is heavier like period only. I did usg this month before 10 July my reports are Normal. So pls tell me Will it affect my future cycle or fertility or there is some underlying disease.

Emergency pills are known to cause iregular vaginal bleeding
So the bleeding you notice on 23rd of July was a side effect called withdrawal bleeding
Emergency pills have a failure rate they can also delay your periods so yes your cycle can be affected
Single emergency pill is not going to affect your fertility potential
