My wife is 20 weeks pregnant. She has been taking Calcium & Iron tablets regularly. Can she take Becosule - Z capsule as Folic Acid & Vitamin supplement? If yes, please tell me the dosage.

She is taking normal healthy food and iron and calcium supplements then there is no recommendation to take multivitamins.

Yes one tablet after food , take calcium and becosule separate ie one in morning and one in afternoon
