Asked for Female, 27 Years

I did IUI yesterday and doctor said i have a minor sound in uterus and having smeared white discharge. But IUI went good. So these issues will cause any impact or stop getting me pregnant?I am advised to take system 300mg orally for next 15 days. Please reply
