Pregnancy related issue

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I was in letrozole treatment my LMP is 18th Oct and had hcg 5000 injection in 29th Oct ..after that pregnancy got positive in 18th nov and had some light brown discharge in 22nov and had tvs scanning doctor told they don't see any gestatational sac anything in the uterus and she suggested for serum beta hcg test... Can you please tel why nothing is there in uterus what does it mean..upt is still positive .
