Pregnancy - Beta HCG & USG Analysis
My wife tested positive for pregnancy test on 15th Oct after missing her period for over a week. LMP observed on 08th Sep'2023; however she did observe spotting on 12th Oct.                                   Beta HCG done on 15th Oct (452.41), 17th (472.42), 20th (703.46), 22nd (1183.69), 25th (2,226), 27th (3194) & 29th Oct (5200)...                                          USG Pelvis done on 22nd, 25th & 29th however no GSAC/RPOC observed till 29th.. Also nothing related to ectopic pregnancy mentioned or observed in USG as per radiologist report. Currently my wife is only taking Duphaston 10mg as advised by doctor.                                                        What are the chances of this turning out to be a viable pregnancy basis the test results and USG observations ?? Would giving HCG injections improve anything ?? What should be next course of action ? Pls advise.. Latest USG report of 29th Oct attached for reference

LMP 08 September. Today is 30 October. It is a 52 day pregnancy. No gestation sac. No heart action. I would have stopped Duphaston tablets and waited for either the pregnancy to grow or let it be expelled. At present you are having artificial amenorrhea.
