I was on letrozole 5 mg last cycle, got injection for rupture still my follicle grow upto 33mm and got rupture on 18 day. This cycle i got spotting 2 days before period first brown then pink and yesterday and today very little red bleeding. Every morning from last 6,7 days i m feeling fever 99.4, shiver .feel like to vomit but i become normal once i wake up. I did upt today its not pink bt very faint black second line. Not clearly visible. Am i pregnant or what?any possibility of pregnancy? todays its 32 day of cycle.
