Pregnancy is a physiological state if the lady has no previous health issue apart from diet changes nothing much has to be done. I dont knw which injection ur talking about..well regular checkups vaccination iron and folic acid supplementation is to be done. Diet has to lil increase no restrictions on rice as such, fruits, green vegetables cn be added. traveling shud be avoided in last semester pregnancy..flights r absolutely safe unless she has previous histort as such. Trains r equally gud. long route by road travel is to be avoided. N sleep she must take 6-8hours sleep as a normal person nothing more nor less.
