Dear doctor, I am 34 week pregnant. Recently I am facing a problem. When I go for urination, urin not completely discharged. After urine pain in lower abdomen. Though no burning pain when passing urine. But after passing urine there is a pain lower abdomen. Urine discharge decreases, Urin not passes freely, I have to give slight effort to pass the urine. Is there Any problem .??

Good morning... it could be urinary tract infection.. - Drink plenty of water (2-3 litres per day), eat more vegetables and fruits.
Next Steps
Get urine culture and sensitivity test after giving the urine sample - Tab . Niftran 100 mg twice daily after food for 7 days - Tab. Pantop 40 mg twice daily before food for 7 days - Syrup citralka with water daily twice ( can start this from today itself )
