Hi I had mild PCOD and i am taking apcod powder, glycomet SR and fol 123 from past two months as I was pre-diabetic also.
Now my periods have improved bit but I always had long cycles like 32-40 days.
To get pregnant in this case I should do intercourse daily or alternate day for best chances?
Also for what are the expected ovulation days in 32-40 day cycle?

If you I u are really concerned for conception you better detect your ovulation by follicular monitoring method starting from 10 th day of your periods.then once the ovulation detected you have interscourse
