Pregnancy..Please advise for the problem

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had my last periods on 5th feb..and till date 21st march m not getting my periods. However, i have never missed my periods..i went through pregnancy test with a kit thrice at home..it showed positive results with 2 pink lines..should i consider this as my pregnancy? I went through google for abortion pills "MTP Kit". I read it whole but m scared of taking those pills as i don't want any problems for my future pregnancy. I am just 21 at this stage..nd can't face the doctor for the advise..please advise what should i do? Your prompt advise would be appreciated. Thankyou.
