Pregnancy Naturally conceive

Asked for Female, 27 Years

We are trying to conceive past 6 months My Amh is 1.45 and husband semen analysis is normal. Had one ealry chemical pregnancy bhcg value was high till 200 Follicular study done for one cycle egg rupture on 16-17 day and size was of 22 mm. Period cycle is usually 28-30 days , bleeding is for 3-4 days . Will i be able to conceive naturally , wait for some time? Any suggestions for further steps or infertility is the only option ?
