Hello doctor I am living abroad and abt 10 weeks pregnant here midwifery have prescribed a multivitamin tablet which contains vit b12,iron , vit d ,folic acid vit k Zinc and various vitamins in recommended dose and those tablets are available over the counter .. is it safe to use multivitamin tablets and will it not harm baby...
