My wife 3 months pregnant. Today she is suffering from fever, cold, headache, bodypain. . She can take calpol and electral powder.

Yes she can take calpol. It is one of the safest medication in pregnancy. But frequent dosing is not recommended. Avoid use of antibiotics especially in 1st trimester. For cold u can use home remedies.
