Hello doctor I am 8 months pregnant my baby position was cephalic presentation last 2 days i am facing problems regarding my pelvic area pain both in left and right side and center felling too much pressure in vagina why is it is there any preterm delivery symptoms please suggest ?

Signs of preterm labour are pain which are regular and intermittent along with bleeding or discharge or ultrasound suggestive of shortening of cervix.dont worry for all this .you just monitor baby movements and get yourself checked by your gynecologist once to check for any signs of preterm labour
