Pregnancy-Early-Query. Help me in this?

My expected period is Oct 22 & I have seen spotting on Oct 12,13,14th brownish with cramps not a continuous flow & delayed by 10 days still now not yet and got symptoms like vomiting,dizzy head and breast pain but in Urinary HCG Test ,it's negative taken on Nov 2nd . I do nt know whether the test is done early or its true negative .In my previous cycle also examined the vomitting during delayed periods of 1 month with breast pain .I have taken ultra scan for pcod .it's negative .I do not have thyroid too . Usually my cycle is regular but nly after planning for baby it's been delayed for periods with vomitting symptoms. Only in this cycle I examined the spottings . Vomitting is also high .Before marriage I haven't experienced Vomitting during periods also my cycle is regular.This vomit happens only during the time of expected cycle but gets delayed.  Can you please help me in this ?
