Early periods
My last period was on 18th of September,usually I get my periods 3-4 days early, but this time I got it today (9-oct-2025),I was expecting it on 15th October ,but it's too early, do I need get it checked or is it okay to get it early once in a while, please suggest

If your period stops without any treatment then you should forget it as an aberration. If this pattern recurs then you should get the investigations done.

Can be caused by normal factors like hormonal shifts during puberty, stress, intense exercise, or recent changes in diet If this pattern continues than get your thyroid levels checked and USGof abdomen and pelvis

Gap between two day one of period can be 21 so this looks like a normal menstrual cycling
