My cervical length is 2.8mm... Im 12 weeks pregnant .. Is it normal ? Should I be in complete bed rest ?

If you have a history of previous miscarriage then it will be better for you to start certain tablets and only do light work ... complete bed rest is not advisable...you should repeat a transvaginal scan after 3-4weeks... connect with me on consult for further query

you just have to take few extra precautions...
try to avoid stress and jerks on the abdomen... take pregnancy support medications
