I am 7 weeks pregnant yolk sac also seen but I don't have any symptoms like vomiting or dizziness etc..kindly suggest me...

It is not necessary to have such symptoms during pregnancy.it is normal if you don’t have such symptoms.

It is not mandatory that every patient ll present with nausea vomiting..
As far as your sonography report is normal,no need to worry about it.
Avoid strenuous activity.
Plenty of fluids juice and water.
Avoid stress.
Do periodic check up

Its not that everyone will have symptoms, some will have mild symptoms to.
Not to worry if your scan is normal.
Usually nausea & vomiting starts at 6-8 wks onwards.
