Hi mam, thank you I got ur message, I wanted to know whether in can eat maggi noodles bcz in my office canteen oly that is available evenin when I am Hungry can I hav that? Also veg n fruits like bottle guard, ridge guard, grapes, custard Apple. can I hav these Pls advise...as a myth it's cold my family is not allowing me to eat

Hello, as you are pregnant it is advisable to avoid preserved or packed foods. So it is better to avoid Maggie though you can eat occasionally. Maggie can aggravate your digestive issues and constipation. You can eat any kind of healthy food including non veg except pineapple, grapes and papaya. Cold food , there is no such concept.
