  4. Pregnancy complications. This a issue?

This is my first pregnancy-9th week,doctor said everything is fine but she has given me sustan tablets and weekly progestrone injection upto 13 weeks.Why I have to take these?My doc said that 6th week heart activity should be visible,but in my case it was visible in 7-8th week.Is this a issue?
