Pregnancy Case - I Am Pregnant. After One Month,light Bleeding

I am pregnant. After one month,light bleeding occured. There were cramps. Prega report was positive.I took to medical abortion. I took mifepristone in the evening. Even after 24 hours bleeding didnt occur. Vomiting weakness are occuring.what should I do now?
