After second dose of vaccine , can we plan for pregnancy immediately or should there be a gap ?? Will the baby be immune from corona after vaccination of mother ??

You can plan your pregnancy immediately... but the baby wont be immunised if u conceive after both doses of vaccination. Only if u take the vaccination while u r pregnant(which isn’t recommended now due to lack of studies), the baby MIGHT get immunised.
