Pregnancy and ovarian cysts
I had an abortion with pills in jan 2022, but due to the rupture of my roght ovarian chocolate cystas i got some complications and after that i again tested positive for pregnancy on 1st of april. Should i abort it or not? And will this abortion be risky for my future fertility rate?

You have chocolate cysts. This by itself is a problem for your Fertility. You are conceiving naturally without any treatment.
Please keep this pregnancy. As it grows it will control your chocolate cysts also. You may take further treatment after delivery.
