Can my pregnancy test b faint line positive after undergoing transabdominal usg ( with bladder fill) still no visibility of the baby but i have a thin walled ovarinn cyst and endometrial thickness of 10.9mm m i pregnant or not as i took abortion pills last month had my normal period but still this month i undergone usg and no visibility of pregnancy but was having a ovarian cyst & endometrial thickness.
Lmp :- 24/7/20 (due to abortion pills)
Intercourse :- 24/june/20
Usg date:- 29/8/20
Was told that I've endometrial thickness & right side thin ovarian cyst
