Though paracetamol is safe in pregnancy you can take it  but you need to get evaluated for the reason of fever

It depends on your indication ma'am. Paracetamol is generally considered same in the second and third trimester if taken sparingly. However of you have a fever for which you wish to take I would suggest further evaluation. In these tough times it would dangerous to ignore a seemingly mild symptom like fever. For further discussion please feel free to contact me. Take care
