Pregnancy,and cyst
I had taken dienogest 2mg from past 6 months after completing my course of dienogest i got period on 17 dec and yesterday i had taken sonography which is attach in this i just want to know in this result pregnancy will b possible?? My period is normal 28days cycle my other pregnancy report of hsg, amh and other blood test is also normal and my husband semen report is also normal only my sonography have cyst is this cause difficult in pregnancy i am married since 3 years and we are planning for pregnancy from past 2 years but i cant able to conceive plss tell me can i get concieve while having cyst???

The condition is endometriosis for the same reason you have been prescribed Dienogest.
Since other blood test are normal mainly the AMH which indicates ovarian reserve and age so your chances to conceive should be good.
