Pregnancy and coughing
Myself Nandini currently I'm 4months pregnant ,I'm having severe cough which is whitish in colour whenever if I ingest cough I throw up , I have a churna for which contains hippali, ginger,clove, pepper, is it safe to consume hippali when I'm pregnant please do respond

Hi Nandini , during pregnancy please avoid home remedies & other people's suggestions (only follow the physician remedies & treatment) Other wise it will harm your pregnancy period.

Hi please don't take this because all products have garm tasir and it may harm your pregnancy. Please go to your gynaecologist and take that medicine which he or she suggest.if you want ayurvedic treatment then please only and only  chew black papper 2 or 3 times a day .you get result with in one day . :- Avoid curd ,rice, :- please take milk with haldi
