I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy. I’ve been having very severe vomiting, I can’t eat properly, and I’ve lost my appetite. I also have a lot of acidity and heartburn, and sometimes my chest feels heavy. It’s been affecting my daily routine. Please let me know how it can help . This is very frustrating

You can take pyridoxine + doxylamine 1 tab twice daily for 5-7 days. Take plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. If vomiting persist better to consult a gynaecologist and measure beta HCG. Avoid spicy, oily foods as much as possible. Avoid laying down upto 2 hours after meals .

Yeah so it’s very common in pregnancy and need not worry. Try to take small frequent meals , avoid oily spicy foods, drink more of water, hydrate yourself take more thiamine rich foods like oranges bananas legumes and can take oral medicines that are safe in pregnancy .
Next Steps
Incase not controlled with oral medications can shift to iv injections and fluids. If severe do visit a hospital do not hesitate to approach a doctor.

Once visit your gynaec Take Tab DOXINATE XT 1-1-1 If not been controlled take Tab Pantop 40mg 1-0-0 30 mins before food But take physical consultation from a gynaec Avoid oily and spicy foods
