I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy. I’ve been having very severe vomiting, I can’t eat properly, and I’ve lost my appetite. I also have a lot of acidity and heartburn, and sometimes my chest feels heavy. It’s been affecting my daily routine.
Please let me know how it can help . This is very frustrating

You can take pyridoxine + doxylamine 1 tab twice daily for 5-7 days.
Take plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
If vomiting persist better to consult a gynaecologist and measure beta HCG.
