I am 17 week pregnant , working women , need to do work 12 to 14 hours a day , long sitting and stressfull , Can you please advise how i can manage my reduce stress and lifestyle changes required for fetal growth.
I m feeling some vaginal pain occassionally , is it really symptom of worry??
