The criteria for ending home isolation: A person is eligible for discahrge from home isolation after completing 10 days from the day of first symptoms (not the day Covid test came positive) provided he/she has no fever for 3 days.
Next Steps
For a precaution she needs to monitor her vitals (oxygen saturation, temperature, pulse and BP) for another 7 days
In my opinion you want to wait another few days before you end the isolation. You have a small child and if anyone else was to catch the infection it will be difficult for you. Usually 28 days from the date of first symptom and 10 days after full recovery is a good time to end isolation.
Yes if no fever for 7 days then she can end isolation,
However I need to get more details for specific guidance
