Pre period symptoms
I am about to get my periods but I have slight body ache and sleeplessness. I feel I have low temperature.is this normal before a dag of periods? I am getting scared since I get these symptoms. Please help me with your suggestions.

Hi Yea its almost normal but i ll say Pre menses symptoms vary from person to person. Some feel cramps, some feel dizzy or having fever. So relax.

During ovulation body temperature rises slightly and just before periods everyone get slight lowbackache or lower abdominal pain so its normal dont get panic.
