Pre mature hair whitening.

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am 23 years old male and i have too many white hairs on head. I guess approx 30-40% of my hairs are already white. I kno reversing is impossible, how can i prevent more of these to turning into white and also can i dye my hairs? which dye is safe as i dont want too many chemicals in my head to make situation worse.
