All premature babies do not require physiotherapy. Your baby needs full body examination and milestone  assessment to decide if physiotherapy is actually needed or not.
Next Steps
Get a direct consultation with a pediatrician for your baby full body examination.

Full history not availble. Physiotherapy for premature baby is required only if associated with other problems. She is already 4.5 months old.  Pl ask for physical check up to assess current status of your baby. Don't forget immunization Introduce solids very slowly. Keep happy healthy emotional environments around baby , otherwise they respondwith behavior problems. Never shout or argue or abuse in front of child. Read my post on"Welbeing of children" @ practo .com. pl pass some healthy comments or like.

Greetings, Other details like Baby's Gestational age, baby's current age, any hospital admission, current milestones are required. Only because baby was premature it doesn't mean that baby will require physiotherapy
Next Steps
book a consult if you want to discuss in detail
