Pre diabetes is the stage before you are becoming diabetic. In this stage you have to do lifestyle modifications. In pre diabetes stage generally your beta cells in pancreas( from where insulin is produced to reduce glucose in our body) starts declining. So focus on exercise and healthy diet. You may prevent progression to diabetes. Monitor your BMI, waist circumference, lipid profile, and blood glucose and contact a physician.
