I don't know what's wrong with it. But I found somewhere on Internet that precum leakage occurs because of over masturbation and due to which parasympathetic nervous system gets weaker and thus directly effects on ejeculation valves. When I talk to some of my close girl friends, it just happens. I really need to stop it.
