Pre assuming
Whenever i wear wear masks, earphones, or round neck sweater i feel like chocking. I unable to wear mask sometimes, if i pre think that it will chock me. I don't know the disorder name. The main reason it happen ONLY and ONLY when i assume in my mind (or i pre think the situation of being chocked.) Then suddenly i can't do the things like wearing face mask i can't even hold it for few seconds.  Pls doctor tell me what disorder it it.
