Potts spine at c5-c6

Asked for Male, 0 Years

Taking Rcinex 600 mg, pza 750 x 2 and ethambultal 1000 mg. For 2 months. Now after CBC and lft the parameter are normal esr 15 and crp 1. The doctor in continue phase pescribed only Rcinex 600 and stop pza and ethambultal. But in govt, ethambultal is continue in second phase. I discuss this with my doctor. He say only rcinex 600 needed. I am confused? Which treatment to follow. She also have improvements in her pain and other conditions.

We usually follow 3 -6 month 4 drugs than if alright than 3 month 3 drugs and finally 6 months 2 drugs total 1 year. . This can vary but don’t usually taper to 2 drugs after 2 months. So you should continue 4 drugs at least for 1 more month than taper to 3 drugs
