I have been carrying heavy luggage on my shoulder since a long time. Because of which i slouch a lot. My shoulders are not straight. They don't look abnormal though. Could you please let me know if I can use a posture corrector which is available online. Are there any side effects or issues if i use it? Is it safe to use? Please advise.
