I would suggest not to take medicine to prepone or postpone periods. While travelling you can use heat pads to reduce your pain and drink more liquids. This ease your periods while you travel but I request not to take medicine to prepone or postpone periods as it cause severe side effects and only allopathy medicine can prepone Or postpone periods but still don't take.

Hello. It is not advisable to self-medicate to prepone or postpone your periods, as this can disrupt your natural hormonal balance and can cause irregular cycles later. If you are worried about menstrual cramps while travelling, homoeopathy can definitely help you with that. To know more & for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

We don’t recommend artificially preponing or postponing periods, as this can disturb your natural hormonal balance and create long-term cycle problems.
