Postpartum tummy
I delivered my babu last year November. I want to reduce my tummy . Which belt is best ? Will It reduce after 7 months. Pls suggest postpartum pregnancy belt.

You should do post natal exercises. Exercises can be suggested based on your muscle power. Customized exercises for each individual, which varies from beginner to advanced level exercises. There is no proven result that abdominal belt will reduce tummy.

You have to do postpartum exercises,pelvic floor strengthening exercises under physiotherapist guidance.just have patience while following exercise protocol you will definetly get flat belly.

You can start with Walking, Deep belly breathing, kneeling pelvic tilt, Kegel exercise,  swiss ball dog hold exercise, Glute bridge, post partum planks are some exercises can be done. At first try these exercises with an exprrt supervision for a week, later you can do this at home by yourself.

Wearing a belt has to be done for a long term of atleast 1 year or so. However the downside of it is loss of muscular function. A a core stability program is also probably as effective. Look at getting into a pilates program
