Have good amount of green salad daily including cucumber,carrot etc. Have plenty of liquids( around 2.5 litres) in Day. In morning take one or two glasses of warm water with lemon an d honey, thereafter walk for 5-10 minutes before going to wash room. Minimise oily and spicy food. Take warm milk (about 150 to 200 ml) at bedtime in night with two table spoons of isabgol husk. Go for brisk walk for atleast 25 to 30 minutes daily. Minimise tea/coffee and carbogenated drinks. Take more green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits.
